When setting goals for 2018, I decided that I was going to keep a planner for all my goals for 2018. I wasn't sure of how I was going to keep it and I didn't know what I want to put in it besides all my work that I have to do. But I like how I can put all my goals in one place includes all my planning for my blog. When it comes to planning or setting goals, we never keep our promises like we should, we are always saying that we are going to keep our promises but we never do. So I decided to come up with some goals setting tips for 2018 for you. I hope these work out for you. Let's take a peek on what I have for you.
1) Get a Planner There are so many planners out there. There are the Happy Planners, Erin Condren, The Day Planner, besides the ones that I have listed. There are tons of Planners that you can choose from, you just have to find the ones that are right for you and something that you can maintain every month, by writing the most important things down. The picture you are seeing, I am currently using a bullet journal, because it simple and I can do whatever I want. 2)Put down the most important ones down first. Go from the most important things first and put them where they need to be. Like for example, when you go from the most important things, put them in your notes section and also put them where you can also see them. Like at the beginning of the page. 3) Always use the color system You might want to know what this is, when I write down stuff, I like to write it down in a system, like for example, bills- blue, blog posts- pink, self-time- purple, stuff like that. So in order to get your goals going try using the color system, it works, I love it and it staying for me. 4) Use highlighters to mark stuff that needs more time When it comes to highlighting, I like to use this as a way of something is not finish or if I am done with something. I am known as the highlight queen, love highlighting. 5) Try using a black pen When writing something down, I like to use a black pen, because black can be easily seen. Not something that you have to stretch your eyes just to see something. When it comes to writing with a black pen, I like to put everything in black that also non-important. But sometimes, I put everything in a black pen, then I have to use a highlighter in the colors of my bills, blog posts and self-time. So it hard for me to stay on track. So I am letting you all know try not to use black pen all that much unless you are using it for your unimportant things. So which tips will you be using to keep track in 2018. please let me know in the comments below. I give you a hint for me, I am using all of them. xoxo Alexis
