Hi, guys. Sorry that I have been M.I.A for a while, but I have been doing some thinking. I have been thinking that I am going back to blogger or maybe go to WordPress, because in the long run it will be cheaper for me and I have been thinking about it for a while. I also think that the designs are way better then the ones that I am given. I also think that I can do more with what I am trying to do. When it comes to working out, none of us don't believe in it. I know I don't. I just think that people should learn portion control and also I believe that there should not be any stress in this world, where we all have to worry where our next job is going to come from, same thing as food. I don't want to worry about anything anymore, I just to learn my life with a good job, a good house and a good life with bills to paid each month. I am happy with the life that I have, but when it comes to stress that a different story that how I gain the weight that I have now, which I hate. When it comes to working out, I learn that you should be taking it easy, but I also learn that we all have to stay focus on what we want to do. So I have learn to stay focus on fitness. I also learn that I won't workout everyday until my body is use to it, like rate now my body hurts, cause I workout yesterday, which is being hard on my body. Last week, I could not workout at all, because I was hurting. Now I am not. So here we go, I have created a question and answers for you all.
1) How many time have you workout? I only workout for only 3 days out of the week until my body is use to it. 2) When you workout early do you eat before or after? Sometimes I eat before, and sometimes I will eat after, depending on how I am feeling. 3) What are your favorite healthy Recipe? I sorta do not, I always eat a salad, but sometimes I would rather eat fruit. So No I don't really eat anything healthy. 4) What is your motivation? My blog is my motivation 5) What are your fitness goals? I would to be slim and be proud that I got there. 6) How to get into Regular Fitness Routine? I haven't really got there yet, I am still working on it. 7) What your secret for staying slim and healthy? I am not. Still working on the goal. 8) What workouts routine have you seen the greatest result from? I haven't yet. Still working on it. the only thing that I feel is pain. 9) What do you eat on a daily basis? I eat mainly sometimes a salad or a fruit. 10) What workouts do you do to stay thin? I do sit ups mostly 11) Do you ever have days when you just don't feel working out? Yes, don't we all 12) What does fitness mean to you as a women? We should be allow to do whatever a man is doing. I was feeling sick because I was having a toothache. I learn a couple of things that don't let being sick stop you from doing something that you love. So from now on, when I am sick I won't let it stop me from doing my blog, or anything. I will keep doing it since it a job. So please stay tuned for everything that has to come.

But sometimes it does not make the budget of what we all plan or for at least some of us. I like the fact that I am able to pull together some of the latest fall fashion that I actually love and that I can actually wear. When it comes to fall fashions, I can never wait. I wish fall will get here quicker then summer arrive. I am not much of a summer girl, because it too hot and I can't do nothing with having central air on, which I can't stand. I would like the summer to be in the mid 80 to 70, in order for me to work and do things that I would like to do. Fall comes at a time when we all want some new clothes. I have come up with the clothing that you would for fall, if you haven't already have them. The items you would need are pretty simple that would go with anything, you don't have to just keep to the same look you can switch it up a bit, that one thing I love about fall. Let's take a peek of what I have for you, with the items you need for fall. 1) Leggings Leggings are something that you can wear with anything and wear with any season that why I like Leggings, they can go with anything. One other thing that I like, is leggings can be use as fitness wear. 2) Jackets Jackets for fall are the most fashionable item to have in the fall, it goes with anything. They also come in many forms and style, which I also like. Wearing jackets in the fall are something that I would wear with anything. 3) BootsBoots in the fall come in many forms and many shape. I am a boot girl. My closet is fill up with boots and I totally love it. I also love the fact they can go with anything. 4) Sweaters What can I say about sweaters and cardigans. There nothing much to say about them, except the fact that we need them and we want them for fall, since they can go with anything. 5) Scarves Scarves are another one that we need for fall, since they keep our necks warm and also they are very stylish and we need them. They look good with anything that we have in our closets.

You will never be forgotten and you will always be remember for the courage that you all went though. As I remember this day, I still have visions of what all went down, and all the tears that fell that day. I remember when it happen, I was in 10 grade, I was sitting in Math Class. I remember that all my teachers, wanted to watch it, I couldn't, because I could not bare to see you all died and see the world in chaos. I just couldn't do it. We all mourn in different ways. I could not watch it over and over again. To me if didn't feel like a movie, like some would put it. I knew what was happening, I could fill it. So I just want to take a moment of silence and honor the ones we have lost. You will always be with us, You will always be love and I will always remember the courage you all went though. You are forever miss.
