With this being the first full month of winter that is happening now, it's time to dress accordingly. I have found so many people find it difficult to be stylish in the frigid cold weather that we are having in Michigan. There are options out that can keep you warm and also for those who live in the warmer climates, there are options for you. Since this is going to be half and half of both cold and warm states. When it comes to style tips this month, the possibilities are endless, there is no limited on what to wear and what you think you need. For colder states, when you go shopping for knee high boots, just look for faux fur inside the boots. For warmer states, when you go shopping for knee high boots, just look for boots that has no fur inside the boots. If your winter wardrobe need some help, this post is full of inspiration for you. So please stay tune of what I have. 1) Cozy and Pink 2) Sentimental Grey 3) Blush Blue 4) Shades of White 5) Fashionable Black 6) Faux Sure 7) Stone Cold Black 8) Deep Freeze Blue 9) Darling in Neutral 10) Fleece and warm I just want to let everyone know that you don't have to have the same outfit in order to make an outfit of the ones you love. I know I don't. I make ones similar to these ones and I absolutely love them. I have been getting some comments saying that some of you can't afford any of these clothes, Just know this, I am with you. You can always go to your local thrift stores, but you can also go to your local goodwill on Sundays and find some dollar pieces. I am with you. I am help as much as I can for all those who can't afford any pieces. If you would like me to do a Dollar Haul for you please let me know, I will be happy to.
Which one of these looks is your favorite? Please let me know in the comments below xoxo Alexis When it comes to having a routine that you can stick with is kinda hard. We don't have always have time for a routine. So I have been doing some thinking and decided to help everyone and including myself, to have a routine and stick with it. I am desperate to have a routine that I can stick with from now until the new year. When I decided to create this for you guys, I was really in a bind, because I didn't know what to do, or how to put it. But now I do. So I am hoping that you guys are ready for what I have for you. So let's take a peek on what I have created for you.
1) In order to have a routine, you need to find sometime for you. Which means you should really start thinking about keeping a planner, like I said last week, there are plenty of planner for you to choose from. So what you need to do is buy one of those planners, and write down all the stuff that you need to do. So you can make yourself a routine. 2) If you have kids, do laundry, cleaning, cooking and also hobbies, these can be apart of your routine. Just make sure you make some me time routine, which means, when you put the kiddos down for their bedtime, know this if you have like 2 hours to spare, make these 2 hours your routine, and simply try doing it in the morning also. Because you really need some me time routine, so you can regenerate yourself. Having a routine is a working progress, it also hard work and dedication when it comes to that. I always try a routine, then I always end up forgetting or let it slide by. I decided that in 2018, I will start by having a routine, which means mine, don't start until February 1. So I decided that the month of January will be a trial run for other things that I would like to try out and if I don't I don't keep them. So this is for those who are trying to find a routine, just remember to try everything and find the ones that you would like to keep and also get rid of the ones that you don't. I also would suggest, find a planner that you like and also write down all the things that you do and all the stuff that you are into. I would also suggest, find some me time so you can relaxed and recharge those batteries that you have. What is your Routine for the day or night or maybe both if you do both? Please share in the comments below. xoxo Alexis

xoxo Alexis When setting goals for 2018, I decided that I was going to keep a planner for all my goals for 2018. I wasn't sure of how I was going to keep it and I didn't know what I want to put in it besides all my work that I have to do. But I like how I can put all my goals in one place includes all my planning for my blog. When it comes to planning or setting goals, we never keep our promises like we should, we are always saying that we are going to keep our promises but we never do. So I decided to come up with some goals setting tips for 2018 for you. I hope these work out for you. Let's take a peek on what I have for you.
1) Get a Planner There are so many planners out there. There are the Happy Planners, Erin Condren, The Day Planner, besides the ones that I have listed. There are tons of Planners that you can choose from, you just have to find the ones that are right for you and something that you can maintain every month, by writing the most important things down. The picture you are seeing, I am currently using a bullet journal, because it simple and I can do whatever I want. 2)Put down the most important ones down first. Go from the most important things first and put them where they need to be. Like for example, when you go from the most important things, put them in your notes section and also put them where you can also see them. Like at the beginning of the page. 3) Always use the color system You might want to know what this is, when I write down stuff, I like to write it down in a system, like for example, bills- blue, blog posts- pink, self-time- purple, stuff like that. So in order to get your goals going try using the color system, it works, I love it and it staying for me. 4) Use highlighters to mark stuff that needs more time When it comes to highlighting, I like to use this as a way of something is not finish or if I am done with something. I am known as the highlight queen, love highlighting. 5) Try using a black pen When writing something down, I like to use a black pen, because black can be easily seen. Not something that you have to stretch your eyes just to see something. When it comes to writing with a black pen, I like to put everything in black that also non-important. But sometimes, I put everything in a black pen, then I have to use a highlighter in the colors of my bills, blog posts and self-time. So it hard for me to stay on track. So I am letting you all know try not to use black pen all that much unless you are using it for your unimportant things. So which tips will you be using to keep track in 2018. please let me know in the comments below. I give you a hint for me, I am using all of them. xoxo Alexis |
