When it comes to detoxing your body, you may think that you are doing it wrong, when it reality, you could and you could not. But then again, we all don't know if we are doing it right. We just know is that we are going by what people told us and also we are also doing it because we learn from other people. There are many ways to detox your body. But the main one that everyone uses is the lemon one and also the teas. There are so many teas out there that claim they work. There also protein shake or like what someone called them, detox protein drinks. I am not sure if any of these drinks work, but all I do know is that everyone thinks that they do and maybe they do. We all just need to find the right one. I think I found the right one, I just need to start working out more and do what it says on the bag. I love the fact that I can simply stick my fingers in the powder and taste it myself, without going to a lot of hassles.
Just remember that when you are doing a detox or drinking protein shakes, to do it correctly, because reading the label will benefit for you and also benefit from not putting you in the hospital. Don't over drink the protein shake. Don't overdo your fitness routine just to get a kick out of something. I am not much of a protein shake drinker. I only drink hot lemon water that I boil on the stove. I also don't do much fitness, which I need to start. I also like the fact that this one protein shake, I am absolutely in aww with, I was able to stick my fingers in the powder and taste, I am in love. It taste like pancake mixed, which I love. It almost feels like I want to make pancakes, but couldn't, because I was at work. One thing about me is that I will make a protein shake without working out, because I would like my body to get use to them and not end up getting a tummy ache because of it. So that what I do. I would also like to make a protein shake and drink half and then after a workout drink the other half. which I am not sure if it a good idea, but I do it anyway. Detoxing your body is the way to go, because you take away the toxin in your body and also you can find some protein shakes to do that to. So I would suggest if you are going to try anything, please make sure you do your research on anything you want to try and make sure that it the right one and also that you like it, because these things do cost a lot of money. So please whatever you do, please make sure it the right thing to do and for your budget. When setting goals for yourself for the new year, only means it a fresh start for you and only you. Never doubt yourself that you are never going to be what you set yourself out to be. There is always time and if you set your sights high for your goals, then you can achieve them. Just have focus and be patient. Never lose sight of your goals. They are made for you to stay focus. When I make my goals, I tend to lost sight of them, because I let things get the best of me. I try to let them come back in 2017, but then again, I decided to just bring them back in 2018, which they will be my main focus. As of now and until the end of 2018.
There are some things that should be mention, in order to keep things in perspective and also the way that I put things in perspective, is the way that I don't do things the way that I should. But 2018, is a fresh new year and also a fresh start for me and you to do things that we keep saying we are going to do, but never do them. But now, we are, both of us, we are, if we can, work together. I am here for you if you need me to. So lets take a peek of what I have for you. 1) Keep a Planner There are so many planners out there, so find one that represent you and keep one. There always a journal if you want one of those instead. Planners are a way for you to keep things at a pace and also keep things organize. 2) Get involved with Yoga If you need some peace, get involved with yoga, these fitness routine will help you get back on track and also it makes you more flexible. So it might get to where you want to be. So try this and if you like it, you can always keep it. 3) Drink water before any coffee beverages You should always maintain your morning balance, which means, drink water with lemon every morning, before any coffee beverages, and it would also maintain your focus. Drinking Lemon water every morning also maintains your weight, if you are into the fitness routine. 4) Add a fitness routine to your daily routine I never believe this either, but I have decided to add this to my routine starting Monday, Because I learn when you exercise you tend to make your mind focus more and also you become flexible to. 5) Take a walk when you start feeling depress. When you start feeling depress, always take a walk. Because in the long run, it will make you feel better, because you are relieving all the stress that is going on in your mind. I don't know why, this year I made a promise to myself that I will be keeping mine this year. I have a full page of New Years Resolutions. I have decided that I will be sticking to them this year. I also would like to try and do as much as I can in order to make that happen. For some people, We all wish that our lives get better and we also wish that it going to be a better year this year for us. But for some we don't make them, because we see no point. But I have decided that I will check mines off as I complete them one by one.
I have never once competed any of my Resolutions that I made, I always thought they were a waste of time. But now, for this to be a new year, I have decided to go for them and make them happen. When it comes to News years resolutions, I try to just go for them, and this time I will never give them up. This year I will put them in my bullet journal, since that the type of planner I am using this year, since I have given up on all my other planners. I have try the other planner systems, but I am not in the mood for space that is not needed, or space that isn't there. It will go thought another change eventually, but not right now. I am kinda digging the one I am using. But I have been getting a lot of questions about what going to be happening to the blog and what going to change. When I decided to do my blog, I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do or what I wanted to write. But now when I look at it, I would like to make some changes. Which I have been doing it for a while. But I would like to make more changes, and also make some changes that would be more easier for you guys to explore the site better. But for now, I would have to wait, until I am able to figure out what I would like to do. Because everyone else has the #hashtag fashion in the category section which I would like to do something differently.
As a blogger, I tried to do something different, to make myself stand out, which I need to work on more and be prepared on what I need to do. When it came to Captivate Style's, I didn't want to be like everyone else blog or the fact that everyone takes pictures of them wearing clothing and they name it something that does not belong to that post or picture, So I am like dumbfounded when I seen that. After doing alot of researched, I learn alot and I learn that Captivate Style's is going to be something different and something that is going be like by everyone. I just want to let everyone know what coming back and what coming. During the past year, I have been bringing on new stuff and I have ignoring some of the stuff that deserve to be mention. Well I have made the decision to bring some of the items back, which I miss sharing with you guys. So as of now, I am going to be bringing back quite of bit of stuff. So the items that I will be bringing back are Take Five Tuesdays, Get Cozy, Monday Motivation, Fitness Fridays, Workout Wednesdays, Fashion Fridays, Get the look and Trendy Tens. I also have couple of fresh new ones, that I will keep silence until I am ready to bring them out. I will also be silence about them when I talk to people. The reason why, is because I don't want anyone to steal them, I know people is going to steal them anyways, but the thing is I would like to be the first to mention them, not being known as a copycat. I know I have some things that other bloggers have talk about, but I decided to not do that anymore, I am going to change alot of stuff with my blog. So please stay tuned with that.
