This is the second month that we get to celebrate fall, which is kind a downy because here in Michigan we get to see Snow for the first time in almost a year, which is a good thing. Which I love seeing snow, I just wish that it would snow on my birthday, but it never does. But anyways, when it comes to November Style, it almost like the same like everything else, that one thing that would never change. I like to change up my style and not go by what everyone else is doing. When it comes to fall, I like to switch up the style and also do something that nobody ever does. I have pick 5 looks that would do wonders for this thanksgiving season or just everyday looks. So lets take a look on what we have. 1) Fall Grey I always love the grey look for the holidays, it something that can go with anything and almost everything. So when I look in my closet, I realize that I have a lot of grey pieces that I totally and I can't wait to showcase my closet to everyone. 2) Velvet Red When I see this look, I think of Christmas and even thought it not here yet. I feel like I should think of Christmas, because my birthday is almost close to Christmas. So I love this look and I wish it was more of it. 3) Grey Plaid When it comes to this look, I don't see this look very often. So I decided to adopt this look in my wardrobe pieces. Because I like it. I won't go by what anyone does, because I am not that type of person. 4) Blue Velvet When I first look at this look, I literally fell in love, because Sapphire blue is my all time favorite color and I absolutely love. I don't see this color very often, So I decided to adopt it in my wardrobe. So be prepare because I will wear it all the time. 5) Blue Lounge When it comes to this look, I think of being cozy and setting by the fireplace which is the look that I absolutely love. I love this look. I always wear it and I won't go back into regret, because this look reminds me of something that I can deal with and that I love.

But I have decided that I will start decorating in the middle of August, because I don't want my fall decor or Halloween decor together anymore, I am going to start separating them, which will be a good thing, because it will give me more time to decorate for fall and Halloween. Since this year, I have been behind on fall and Halloween this year, But I won't be behind on Christmas. So when I was doing some diy for fall and Halloween. I decided to do things different this year. I have decided to go beyond what I could do. So I created something that you guys could use in your home. So let's a peek on what I have for you.
The items you would need: 1) Leaf Tray 2) Faux Leaves 3) Faux Pumpkins 4) Glue What you need to do, is take your leaf tray, and take your faux and pumpkins and arrange them to however you like, but make sure it the way that you want them to be. Also make sure you glue them down, because sometimes it does not always work. So please make sure you test out a lot of glue to make sure that they stay. When I done it, I went though a lot of glue, but then I found the right one, which ones you might ask, e6000, but I wasn't to sure if I wanted to use it, because I didn't want to glue the leaves or the pumpkins permanent on the leaf tray. But anyway, when you do this, make sure it what you want. Are you going to do this project? If so, please share photos and also please use the #captivatestylesdiy. If you would like to see anything on the blog, comment below xoxo Alexis When it comes to fall decor for your home. It always easy to do something that is simple, where you can use only a picture frame and some window decor. I have been doing it for 2 years, this is my second year of doing it, which I have to say was pretty fun for me. I didn't think it would be that fun. But anyways. When it comes to this project, I had fun making it. I also had fun doing and showing you guys. When it comes to explaining this, it going to be hard, because not a lot of people understand, I heard some say that I explain it to hard. So I am going to explain this one a little easier. Well it should be easy. Let's take a peek of what I have for you.
Items you would need: 1) Picture frames 2) Art window decor 3) any type of background 4) some clear tape Now it time to put everything together. So you would need to grab your picture frame, and take out the glass and measure the background and cut it and please make sure you put the background to the side and get back to it. Now put the glass back in the frame and also take your art window decor and take the ones that you like or want and put them on the glass, but make sure you put them on the inside of the glass, and take your background put that in and take the backing and put the frame back together. What you should have is a picture, with art decor in it. I really like the fact that it came out the way that I want it. Are you going to do this project? If so, please share photos and also please use the #captivatestylesdiy. If you would like to see anything on the blog, comment below xoxo Alexis When it comes to fall, there is no holding back, because fall is one of my favorite seasons. During my time as a blogger, I never saw Fall as a something as what bloggers do or something. I saw fall as Indian summer, because it always still warm out during this time. After blogging for 5 years now, I have decided to do something a little different when it comes to fall and the other seasons. I won't be doing what other fashion bloggers do, I won't be taking pictures of myself wearing something that is fall worthy or winter worthy, I will be showing you looks that you can easily go to the store to buy, you can either go to your local thrift store to buy the items, they will be the same, but different brands. I am that type of blogger that is not about the luxury of items, because I think that is a waste of money, there is no value after you buy it, you can't get your money back. There is no money making for reselling. When it comes to fall favorites, I never have any problems looking for what I love, especially when it comes to beauty products. I may have acne prone sensitive skin, but that does not stop me from having products that I can love. So let's take a peek of what I have for you. 1) Elf Daily Moisturizer When it comes to elf, I do highly recommend this product, because it will make your face smooth and I actually like it. After a couple of times using it, you can tell that it actually works. Which some products do take time to show what they are suppose to do. 2) Oats and Delicacy I am not sure about anyone else and what goes on with their hair. When it comes to my hair, I have to use a moisture and gentle shampoo and conditioner. When I first started using I fell in love with it, and now I can't live without it. If you start using it, you will see the different in your hair. 3) Face Masks When it comes to using face masks, I don't love them that much, because sometimes the label said, don't using it you have blemishes on your face and I don't like it. So I learn that if I can't use them, because of my blemishes then I won't buy them. But other then that, they are some good masks, I like them. You will see a big different when it comes to using them. 4) Hair Vitamins There are so many Hair vitamins out there, that none of don't know which ones to choose, So I have decided that if I have to order it online, then it not the one for me, because with me, I like to read the label, to see what is in it. I am very picky on what I out in my body. When it comes to nature's bounty hair skin and nails, you have to remember they are not candy, they are vitamins that is taken for your hair. which I love. 5) Gillette sensitive shave creme
When I use to shave my legs I always get these little bumps on my legs, but after using this sensitive creme, I don't anymore, which is pretty cool. So when it comes to this product I do recommend it. There are so many products out there that we all love, but sometimes we can't always use the same products that we use in the summer for fall, because our skin starts to change along with the weather. These are the products that I recommend for fall essentials. So please check them out if you would like to see if it works for your skin. What beauty products are your favorites? Please comment below. xoxo Alexis |
